Cerulli & Associati was founded in Naples in 2007. It advises Italian and international companies and groups on employment matters, contracts, corporate transactions and litigation before courts at every level.

03 — Fractional General Counsel
A company’s legal department, without building one in-house.
Many companies need a stable legal lead who knows the business, its people and its contracts, but not a full-time in-house legal team. For them the firm acts as fractional general counsel: an ongoing legal point of reference, for an agreed share of time.
The founding partner handles the relationship personally. He joins management and board meetings when needed and works alongside HR, finance, accountants and payroll advisers. Matters in other fields or jurisdictions go to trusted professionals under a single point of coordination.

Avv. Giorgio Cerulli
Founder · Admitted before the Italian Supreme CourtMember of the Naples Bar, admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court and the higher courts. After a law degree from the University of Naples Federico II, he earned a university master’s in Business Economics and Law from Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC.
He practised in the litigation department of the Milan office of an international business law firm. In 2007 he founded Cerulli & Associati. His practice covers employment, commercial and corporate law, international contracts in English, and civil litigation.
